(B.E.LLB.)Advocate Abhishek Tripathi completed his Bachelors of Engineering from Bombay University and after completion he completed Law from Bombay University and started practicing on the Original Side and Appellate side of the Bombay High Court. He has a keen interest in Company law, Bankruptcy law,Constitutional and Administrative law, Shipping and Admiralty Law etc. Advocate Abhishek Tripathi has appeared before various Tribunals like NCLT, National Commission, DRAT, SEBI, NGT and has also appeared before NCLT in other states defending his clients against insolvency.
