Several companies engage the firm to prepare their company / workplace policies in compliance with applicable laws such as the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 as well as conducting investigations into sexual harassment complaints as part of their Internal Complaints Committee or complaints of abuse of position by employees during the course of employment. We regularly advice on issues relating to Employee Stock Option plans and draft Employee Stock Option Plans and the related documentation.
